Eligibility for Sponsorship: Sponsorship of Beam in Business, Beam Awards, and associated events by Beck Smith is open to businesses that align with our values and objectives.
Sponsors must maintain a standard of excellence and integrity that reflects positively on Beam in Business, Beam Awards, and Beck Smith.Non-Participation in Awards: To maintain impartiality and fairness, sponsors are not eligible to enter the Beam Awards during the period of their sponsorship.
No Refund Policy: All sponsorship packages are final and non-refundable. By agreeing to be a sponsor, you acknowledge that payments made towards sponsorship cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Representation and Branding: Sponsors agree to represent their business, Beam in Business, Beam Awards, and Beck Smith in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Sponsorship does not grant the authority to speak on behalf of Beam in Business, Beam Awards, or Beck Smith, unless explicitly authorised in writing.
Promotional Material and Brand Usage: Sponsors may be provided with promotional materials or branding guidelines for use in their marketing efforts. These must be used in accordance with the guidelines provided.
Unauthorised use of Beam in Business, Beam Awards, or Beck Smith’s logos, trademarks, or branding is strictly prohibited.Termination of Sponsorship: Beck Smith reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship agreement at any stage if the sponsor fails to comply with these terms and conditions, or if the sponsor’s actions are deemed detrimental to the reputation of Beam in Business, Beam Awards, or Beck Smith.
Termination of sponsorship due to breach of terms will not result in a refund.Sponsorship Benefits: The specific benefits of sponsorship will be outlined in the sponsorship package and agreement. These benefits are exclusive to sponsors and are non-transferable.
