The “Influential Person of the Year” award at the Beam Awards is a celebration of exceptional individuals who have made significant impacts in their respective fields. This award is designed to recognise those who have not only achieved outstanding business results but have also demonstrated creativity, innovation, and resilience. These are influential leaders who inspire and motivate those around them, generously sharing their wisdom, knowledge, expertise, and advice to educate and uplift emerging talents. This award aims to honour individuals who are not just successful in their careers but are also catalysts for positive change and inspiration.

There will be one gold winner and one silver winner for this category.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• An individual who has demonstrated significant influence in their industry or community through innovative and creative approaches.
• A leader who has shown remarkable resilience and adaptability in their professional journey.
• Someone who actively inspires and motivates others, leading by example in both achievements and character.
• A mentor who is committed to sharing knowledge, wisdom, and expertise, contributing to the development of others.
• A role model whose actions and achievements encourage and inspire future generations of leaders

Eligibility Criteria for Influential Person of the Year Category:

• Trading for a minimum of 12 months
• Business located in Australia.
• Open to individuals from various industries and sectors who have made a noteworthy impact in their field.

Compulsory Requirements for all applications for Beam Awards 2024

• Australia Resident
• Business must have an Australia Business Address
• Must be over the age of 18
• Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (unless applying for Business Professional of the Year or Femme in the Field)

Must be able to attend the Beam Awards Gala on the 1st June 2024. If you think you maybe away or overseas or have a significant event on this date, please do not apply. We hope to have all the finalists in the room on the Gala Night. Presenting an award to the recipient makes for a more enjoyable experience for you and the guests in the room that come to see you win.
