The “Fashion Business of the Year” award at the Beam Awards recognises outstanding fashion businesses in Australia, encompassing both brick-and-mortar stores and online retailers. This category is designed for fashion businesses that have demonstrated innovation, excellence in design, and successful retail strategies, whether in physical stores, online, or a combination of both.

There will be one gold winner and one silver winner for this category.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Fashion businesses that operate either online, through physical storefronts, or a hybrid of both, showcasing a unique fashion range.
• Demonstrates a blend of creativity and business acumen in the fashion retail industry.
• Utilises innovative strategies and technologies to enhance the customer shopping experience, both online and in-store.
• Successfully integrates various sales channels to provide a seamless and comprehensive fashion retail experience.
• Exhibits significant business performance and growth in the fashion sector.

Eligibility Criteria for Fashion Business of the Year Category:

• Open to Australian-based fashion businesses with either an online presence, physical storefronts, or both.
• Trading for a minimum of 12 months
• Business located in Australia.

Compulsory Requirements for all applications for Beam Awards 2024

• Australia Resident
• Business must have an Australia Business Address
• Must be over the age of 18
• Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (unless applying for Business Professional of the Year or Femme in the Field)

Must be able to attend the Beam Awards Gala on the 1st June 2024. If you think you maybe away or overseas or have a significant event on this date, please do not apply. We hope to have all the finalists in the room on the Gala Night. Presenting an award to the recipient makes for a more enjoyable experience for you and the guests in the room that come to see you win.
