The “Business Professional of the Year” award at the Beam Awards recognises outstanding individuals who excel in their professional roles within a business. This award is designed to acknowledge those who have demonstrated exceptional performance, leadership, and influence in their professional capacity, significantly contributing to their organisation’s success without being business owners themselves.
There will be one gold winner and one silver winner for this category.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- An individual excelling in a professional role within an organisation, showcasing exceptional skill, dedication, and results.
- Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to positively influence colleagues and the organisation’s culture.
- Has built strong professional relationships and networks that contribute to their role and the wider business.
- Exhibits a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
- Has made significant contributions to projects, initiatives, or the overall success of their organisation.
Eligibility Criteria for Business Professional of the Year Category:
- Open to individuals in any professional role within an organisation who do not own the business.
- Employed or operating a business for a minimum of 12 months
- Business located in Australia.
Compulsory Requirements for all applications for Beam Awards 2024
- Australia Resident
- Business must have an Australia Business Address
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (unless applying for Business Professional of the Year or Femme in the Field)
Must be able to attend the Beam Awards Gala on the 1st June 2024. If you think you maybe away or overseas or have a significant event on this date, please do not apply. We hope to have all the finalists in the room on the Gala Night. Presenting an award to the recipient makes for a more enjoyable experience for you and the guests in the room that come to see you win.
