The “Business Leader of the Year” award at the Beam Awards is dedicated to recognising outstanding individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership within the business community. This prestigious accolade is awarded to a business leader who has not only achieved success in their own business but also inspires, motivates, and positively influences others. This category celebrates leaders who have made significant contributions to their industry, pioneered innovative practices, and shown a commitment to ethical business practices and community involvement.

There will be one gold winner and one silver winner for this category.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• An individual who has shown exceptional leadership in their business or industry.
• Demonstrates innovative thinking and has implemented groundbreaking business strategies.
• Exhibits a strong commitment to ethical business practices and corporate responsibility.
• Has made significant contributions to their industry or community.
• Inspires and positively influences others, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.

Eligibility Criteria for Business Leader of the Year Category:

• Open to individual business leaders based in Australia who have shown remarkable leadership qualities in their business or industry.
• Operating a business for a minimum of 12 months.
• Business located in Australia.

Compulsory Requirements for all applications for Beam Awards 2024

• Australia Resident
• Business must have an Australia Business Address
• Must be over the age of 18
• Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (unless applying for Business Professional of the Year or Femme in the Field)

Must be able to attend the Beam Awards Gala on the 7th June 2024. If you think you maybe away or overseas or have a significant event on this date, please do not apply. We hope to have all the finalists in the room on the Gala Night. Presenting an award to the recipient makes for a more enjoyable experience for you and the guests in the room that come to see you win.
