This category recognises businesses that have demonstrated exceptional service, innovation, and commitment to the beauty sector. It encompasses a wide range of beauty services, including hairdressing, beauty education, aesthetic treatments, injectable services, and more. This award honours those businesses that not only deliver outstanding beauty services but also contribute to the advancement and reputation of the beauty industry.

There will be one gold winner and one silver winner for this category.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A business operating within the beauty industry, offering services such as hairdressing, beauty education, aesthetic treatments, etc.
• Demonstrates a high standard of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Shows innovation in beauty treatments, techniques, or business practices.
• Actively contributes to the development and positive reputation of the beauty industry.
• Commitment to ongoing education, training, and professional development in the beauty sector.

Eligibility Criteria for Best Beauty Business of the Year Category:

• Open to all beauty businesses operating in Australia, including salons, educational institutions, clinics, and independent practitioners.
• Trading for a minimum of 12 months
• Business located in Australia.

Compulsory Requirements for all applications for Beam Awards 2024

• Australia Resident
• Business must have an Australia Business Address
• Must be over the age of 18
• Must be in business for a minimum of 12 months (unless applying for Business Professional of the Year or Femme in the Field)

Must be able to attend the Beam Awards Gala on the 1st June 2024. If you think you maybe away or overseas or have a significant event on this date, please do not apply. We hope to have all the finalists in the room on the Gala Night. Presenting an award to the recipient makes for a more enjoyable experience for you and the guests in the room that come to see you win.
